Treatwell is a marketplace for hair and beauty that brings you new clients and takes a commission for it. EachVisit is a booking system for your own website. It does not bring you new clients.
Where Treatwell fits well

- You need new clients. According to Treatwell, half a million people search the marketplace for appointments every day.
- You want a till in the same system. The Advanced plan includes a point-of-sale system.
- You work on your phone. Treatwell has an app for iOS and Android, also for contactless payments.
- You want to collect and manage reviews. That is part of the Advanced plan.

When EachVisit is the better fit
You have enough regulars
If your clients already know you, you do not need a marketplace. EachVisit makes your website bookable and takes 0% commission. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
What a new client costs
Worked example, as of 11 October 2026: a new client books a € 60 appointment through the marketplace. At 35% that is a one-off commission of € 21, plus VAT. In return, Treatwell brought her to you. With EachVisit this does not apply, but she also only arrives through your own channels.
Deposits without a surcharge
From the Klein plan up you ask for a deposit or a card guarantee and set a no-show fee. EachVisit takes nothing from it. Treatwell states 2% plus VAT on online prepayments.
Classes, rooms and equipment
Classes with participant places, treatment rooms and equipment as resources of their own, and staff choice for guests. For hotels with a spa, rooms and treatments run in the same account.
How to switch
There is no automatic import from other systems. Switching takes three steps, and a person helps you if you have questions.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use both?
Technically yes, but the calendars do not sync. You would have to maintain appointments in both systems. That works with few bookings; with a full calendar it becomes error-prone.
I work alone. Which plan fits?
The Solo plan at € 19 per month: appointments and classes, unlimited calendars and logins, online payment in advance. For deposits, a no-show fee and vouchers you need the Klein plan at € 69.
Does EachVisit have a till for Austria?
No. EachVisit is not a cash register and does not meet any cash-register obligation. Invoices are available for what is booked through EachVisit.
What does an online payment cost me with EachVisit?
Nothing from EachVisit: 0% commission and no surcharge on payments, on every plan. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
