Can I use just one area?
Yes. Use just rooms, table reservations, or appointments and classes. Hospitality businesses and independent professionals choose the areas they need.
What costs are added to the plan?
Additional capacity and agreed services are listed separately. EachVisit charges no booking commission or payment markup; Stripe fees apply to online payments.
Do I need my own website?
No. You can share your EachVisit booking page. If you already have a website, embed the booking widget there.
How do calendar sync and switching work?
Room occupancy can be synced through iCal. This does not replace a full channel manager. Review existing bookings and integrations before switching; automatic data import is not promised.
How is beta access priced?
Closed beta pricing is available on request. We agree scope, duration and price with you personally. Regular plan prices are shown for reference. Any later paid use requires your active acceptance of the specific offer. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
What help is available for setup?
For appointments, classes and rentals, an AI assistant proposes a setup for you to review before creating it. Rooms and tables use guided setup. Additional help depends on your plan and the agreed scope.
