Start taking online bookings
Decide which offers, rooms or tables should be bookable. Prepare prices, availability, capacity and booking conditions. Set up your business, check a booking as a guest and see how it arrives in your management view.
The right setup for each area
Rooms and tables use guided setup. For appointments, classes and rentals, you can describe your business to the AI assistant. It proposes offers, hours, team and equipment. Nothing is created until you review and confirm the proposal; you can edit the setup afterwards.
Switch from an existing system
List your existing systems, upcoming bookings and required integrations. Establish which data is available and how it can be transferred or entered. Automatic import is not promised. Existing payment and refund obligations also need to be considered.
Check before you switch
Check availability, room stock or table capacity, prices and booking conditions. Try a suitable booking flow, including confirmation, payment and management. Decide when the new booking channel becomes active and reconcile existing bookings. iCal syncs occupancy; it does not replace a full channel manager.
