Business purpose and EachVisit

Development, operation and licensing of software solutions and IT services. EachVisit is a product of Codivities GmbH for managing appointments, table reservations and room bookings.

The software is offered exclusively to business customers using EachVisit for their business activities, including self-employed individuals. Guests booking with a business do not thereby become customers of our software subscription.

Closed beta

EachVisit is in closed beta. Interested businesses can request access by email. We review requests personally and approve selected email addresses for registration. A request alone creates no entitlement to access and does not place a paid order.

The agreed features, any trial period and fees are set out in the individual offer or beta agreement. Paid use requires an appropriate agreement.

Purpose and content of this website

This website provides information about EachVisit, its uses, beta access and contacting Codivities GmbH. Illustrative businesses and simplified product views explain the product; they are not customer references.

When a guest books through EachVisit, the business identified in the offer remains the contracting party for its service. EachVisit provides the booking software. The business’s booking, cancellation and payment terms apply as agreed with the guest.

Privacy and content rights

Information about personal data processing is provided on the separate Privacy page linked in the footer. The privacy policy is not consent to advertising and does not replace a data processing agreement with a business.
