Who is EachVisit for?
For hotels and guesthouses, restaurants, wineries, tours and rentals. Independent professionals offering consulting, appointments or classes can use EachVisit too. A solo guide belongs here just as much as a hotel with a restaurant. Use individual areas or connect several offers in one system.
How much does EachVisit cost?
Appointments and classes start at € 19 per month with Solo, all areas at € 69 with Klein; larger plans suit growing businesses, all excluding VAT and without booking commission.
Do I have to use every area?
No. Use the areas your business needs – just table reservations, just rooms, or appointments and classes; you can add more areas later.
How is beta access priced?
Closed beta pricing is available on request. We agree scope, duration and price with you personally. Regular plan prices are shown for reference. Any later paid use requires your active acceptance of the specific offer. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
Which languages does EachVisit support?
German and English – for both the management interface and guest bookings.
How does AI help with setup?
Describe your business, typed or spoken: the assistant proposes appointments, classes or rental offers with hours, prices, team and equipment, created only after you review and confirm them and still editable afterwards.
Setup and everyday bookings
How do I set up rooms and tables?
Step by step in guided setup: create room types or tables and service hours, then expand your settings later.
Do I need my own website?
No. You can activate an EachVisit booking page and share its link, or embed the booking widget on an existing website.
How do I add booking to my website?
With the booking widget: select an area, adjust its appearance and copy the embed code onto your website.
What does no commission mean?
0% booking commission and no payment markup from EachVisit; you pay your plan and Stripe's fees for online payments.
How do I receive online payments?
Directly through your connected Stripe account, for example for deposits, prepayments and vouchers; Stripe's processing fees apply.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Guests can book without an account and optionally manage their bookings through the guest portal.
How do I see the different bookings?
In the same system, with dedicated views: occupancy plan for rooms, service overview for tables and calendar for appointments and classes.
Can I synchronise external room calendars?
Yes. Use iCal to import occupied nights from other calendars and share your own room occupancy as a calendar feed.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes. Each location has its own inventory and bookings, and you switch between them within your shared account.
