Two months per year equals a 16.67% discount, spread evenly across your invoices. With annual billing, this applies in addition to the regular annual discount. We agree the start date and exact scope with you.
Questions about pricing
How does annual billing work?
We start with ten instead of twelve monthly payments, then round the monthly equivalent of each plan and add-on unit down to whole euros. You save at least two months. For example, Solo is € 15 per month equivalent, billed as € 180 upfront for twelve months. Additional rooms, seat blocks and locations are added at their own rounded-down annual rates.
How is beta access priced?
Closed beta pricing is available on request. We agree scope, duration and price with you personally. Regular plan prices are shown for reference. Any later paid use requires your active acceptance of the specific offer. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
Does a larger team cost more?
No. Team members, calendars, personal logins, offers and bookings are unlimited on every plan. Solo also suits teams with basic appointments, classes or tastings. Shared resource scheduling, vouchers and deposits start with Klein.
How do you count rooms, seats and locations?
We count the agreed capacity that can be used simultaneously across your entire business: physical rooms or units rather than categories, available restaurant seats and distinct business locations. Included capacity applies in total, not per location. Class participant places are not restaurant seats.
When do I need Individuell?
For more than 120 rooms, ten or more locations or specific requirements, we prepare a quote from € 790 per month for the platform. A standard plan costing over € 790 does not automatically require Individuell. Migration, training and custom development are agreed separately.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You see and confirm the new price before an extension or plan change. There are no silent upgrades. Reductions apply from the next contract period if your capacity fits. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; annual plans cover twelve paid months.
Are there commissions or extra fees?
EachVisit charges no booking commission or payment markup. You pay the fees for your own Stripe account. Optional SMS, additional capacity and separately agreed set-up services are only added within the agreed scope.
