When EachVisit is the better fit
Room, table and appointment for the same guest
You reserve dinner from the stay, the restaurant bill goes on the room account, and the massage is bought as an extra and scheduled later.
Front desk and stay account
Arrivals and departures on one page, room assignment, local tax as its own line, the balance paid on site or by payment link, a numbered invoice as a PDF.
Enquiries and options for groups
From the Mittel plan up you take group enquiries, hold rooms for a limited time and turn the enquiry into a stay.
Priced by the size of the house
Worked example, as of 11 October 2026: the FAQ on Smoobu's pricing page gives € 28 for one unit and € 9.60 for each further unit, which is € 66.40 for five units and € 76 for six. EachVisit Klein costs € 69 for up to eight. With up to five units you pay less with Smoobu. EachVisit charges no booking fee. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
How to switch
There is no automatic import from other systems. Switching takes three steps, and a person helps you if you have questions.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect EachVisit to Airbnb and Booking.com?
Only via iCal. Occupied nights are read in and published at intervals. Prices and booking data are not transferred. If portals are your main channel, a channel manager serves you better.
I have a single holiday flat. Is EachVisit worth it?
On price, usually not: Smoobu starts at € 29 per month and includes the channel manager, EachVisit at € 69. EachVisit fits better when your rooms come with a restaurant, tastings or treatments.
What about local tax?
EachVisit keeps the local tax separate from the room price as its own line, with exemptions for children and fixed or percentage rates. Choosing the right setting for your municipality is your responsibility.
