Regiondo is a booking system for tours, activities and attractions with a channel manager and a ticket scanner. EachVisit has neither, but a fixed price with no fee per booking and monthly cancellation.

When EachVisit is the better fit
A similar entry price, a different model
As of 11 October 2026: Regiondo Grow costs € 59 per month on a one-year contract, plus a fee per online booking whose amount the pricing page does not state. EachVisit Klein costs € 69 per month, cancel monthly, with no fee per booking. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
Seasonal business without a yearly commitment
On monthly billing, you can cancel at the end of the month and come back later. Whether that pays off depends on how long your season is.
Self-service rebooking on every plan
Guests cancel and move their appointment through a link, within the deadlines you set. That applies from the Solo plan up.
Tables and rooms as well
A tour with a snack, a farm with guest rooms, a class with an overnight stay: rooms and tables are in the same account from the Klein plan up.
How to switch
There is no automatic import from other systems. Switching takes three steps, and a person helps you if you have questions.

Embed the widget in your website or switch on your booking page. Check first when your one-year contract ends.

Frequently asked questions
How much is Regiondo's fee per booking?
We could not verify that. On 11 October 2026 the pricing page only says that a small per-booking fee applies to online bookings. Ask Regiondo for the amount and run it against your number of bookings.
Can I sell through portals with EachVisit?
No. EachVisit sells through your website and your booking page. If a large share of your bookings comes through portals, a system with a channel manager is the better fit.
Does EachVisit handle rentals?
Yes. Several offers share one stock, such as bikes or boards, and equipment is counted per participant. You set up different durations as separate offers.
What does an online payment cost me with EachVisit?
Nothing from EachVisit: 0% commission and no surcharge on payments, on every plan. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
