Quandoo has closed. How to get your reservations back online.
Quandoo states on its website that the platform is no longer available. EachVisit is a reservation system for your own website at a fixed monthly price. It is not a guest portal.
What Quandoo was, and what EachVisit does not replace
Quandoo
- Quandoo was a portal with a website and an app where guests found and booked restaurants. It also ran a loyalty programme for guests.
- If a large share of your guests came through the portal, you need a portal with its own reach again. EachVisit does not bring you new guests.
- If your guests find you through your website, Google or the phone anyway, a reservation system without a portal is enough.

When EachVisit fits after Quandoo
A fixed price instead of a fee per guest
You pay for your plan, however many guests book. EachVisit takes 0% commission. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
The evening on the floor plan
Automatic table assignment, a floor plan you draw yourself, a live view during service, walk-ins and a waitlist.
Protection against empty tables
From the Klein plan up you can ask for a deposit or a card guarantee. A no-show fee is only charged after you confirm it.
When your place is more than a restaurant
Guest rooms, tastings or classes run in the same system. A guest has one history, not three.
How to switch
There is no automatic import from other systems. Switching takes three steps, and a person helps you if you have questions.

Set up your business: tables, areas and service times. You have a 30-day trial without a credit card for that.

Embed the widget in your website or switch on your booking page and link it wherever the Quandoo link used to be.

Enter existing reservations by hand. In the service view this works like a reservation taken by phone.

Can EachVisit take over my data from Quandoo?
No, there is no import. You enter reservations by hand. Whether and for how long you can still export your data from Quandoo is something only Quandoo can tell you.
Does EachVisit bring me new guests like a portal?
No. EachVisit makes your own website bookable. If guests mainly found you through the portal, you should also look at a portal with reach.
What does an online payment cost me with EachVisit?
Nothing from EachVisit: 0% commission and no surcharge on payments, on every plan. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
