Worked example, as of 11 October 2026, net: 200 tickets at € 50 a month are € 10,000 in revenue. bookingkit Businesskit paid yearly: € 99 subscription, 2% booking fee € 200, ticket fee 200 times € 0.60, so € 120, plus the 3% online payment fee, up to € 300. EachVisit Klein: € 69, plus Stripe's own fees, which are settled directly between you and Stripe.
The price does not grow with revenue
Your plan depends on the size of your team, not on the number of bookings. A good month costs the same as a quiet one.

You use qualifications to define who may lead a tour. Boats, bikes or helmets are planned in per participant, across several offers too.

Frequently asked questions
Does Stripe not simply replace the 3% for online payments?
In part. A card payment costs something with EachVisit too, namely Stripe's fees. They go directly to Stripe, and EachVisit adds nothing on top. EachVisit has no booking fee and no ticket fee.
Can I sell on GetYourGuide with EachVisit?
Not through EachVisit. There is no connection to travel portals. If portals are an important channel for you, a system with a channel manager is the better fit.
How do groups and classes work?
A date has a maximum number of places; guests see the free places and book for their whole group. There is also a participant list, check-in and a message to everyone.
What does an online payment cost me with EachVisit?
Nothing from EachVisit: 0% commission and no surcharge on payments, on every plan. Stripe's own fees apply and are settled directly between you and Stripe.
